        What is included in the intelligent sealing machine package?

        Each sealing machine comes ready to be plugged in with a UK 3 pin plug. You only need to remove the intelligent sealing machine from it’s box, place it on an even surface. Plug it. Your machine is ready to work. Cups & Lids are sold separately

        What size cups does the machine support?

        Our intelligent sealing machine works with the sizes provided by Canlab. Currently we are offering 330ml and 500ml cup sizes. If you would like to order alternative sizes, please get in touch with us nick@craftcup.ie.

        Are the Cups recyclable

        Yes, our PET cups are 100% recyclable. We recommend checking with your local recycling program for specific guidelines.

        Are the aluminium lids recyclable?

        Yes, the aluminum lids are 100% recyclable. We recommend checking with your local recycling program for specific guidelines.

        Can I order extra PET cups and lids?

        Absolutely. You can purchase additional PET cups and aluminum lids directly through our website in various quantities to suit your business needs.

        How do I clean and maintain the sealing machine?

        Our intelligent sealing machine needs minimum maintenance. After each end of the day, we recommend to wipe the machine with a soft, damp cloth to remove any spills or coffee grounds.

        Do you ship internationally?

        Currently we are shipping only in the mainland UK

        What’s the warranty policy?

        Canlab sealing machines come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, please get in touch with us.

        Can I have my own branded Cups?

        Yes you can. You can order your cups with your own brand logo. Please get in touch with us to discuss the costs, minimum order quantities and the lead-times. We also offer storage facilities for your own branded cups and deliver them to your address with the quantities you need.
